07月23日：As always, she was late for school.和往常一样，她上学又迟到了。

always：同平时一样，作为通常情况
例如：He accepted it, grieved and snubbed as always.（他只得听其自然，像平常一样难过一阵，咕哝一阵。。）
          I suppose Jim will foot the bill, as always.（我想吉姆会像往常一样付账的。）

07月24日：He is like a bear with a sore head in the mornings.他早上通常脾气很暴躁。

a bear with a sore head：暴躁，心情恶劣
例如：Do not talk to john this morning, he‘s like a bear with a sore head.（今天早上别跟约翰说话，他情绪极坏。）
          Jim was standing by her, looking as sulky as a bear with a sore head.（吉姆站在她身边，满面怒容。）

07月25日：How come you look so tired?你怎么看起来这么疲倦？

1.how come ：怎么会，为什么
例如：How come you to hear of it?（你怎么知道的？）
          How come he never got married?（为什么他不结婚？）

07月26日：A terrifying scream in the blackness of the night made my blood run cold.黑夜里一声可怕的尖叫让我毛骨悚然。

1.make sb's blood run cold：使某人不寒而栗（毛骨悚然）
例如：The sight of the dead body make his blood run cold.（他看见尸体不禁毛骨悚然。）
          That story made my blood run cold.（那故事使我不寒而栗。）

07月27日：The semi-final of The Voice of Hujiang has started!非唱不可进入复赛阶段了！

-final：复赛，半决赛
例如：Our team has qualified for the semi-final.（我队已有资格进入半决赛。）
          We don't want to lose another semi-final to them.（我们不想在半决赛再次输给他们。）

07月28日：We seem to run into each other often lately.我们最近好像经常碰面。

into：偶然遇见；撞上，撞到；遭遇
例如：I used to run into him from time to time.（我过去时常碰上他。）
          The company had run into big problems with quality.（这公司在产品质量上面临很大的问题。）

07月29日：You’re a sight for sore eyes.你真是稀客。

for sore eyes ：悦目之物；令人高兴的事；受欢迎的人
例如：Look, the guy walking to us is Robert. He's such a sight for sore eyes.（看，向我们走来的人是罗伯特，看到他总是让人高兴。）
          After having lived in a desert for five years, the green hills were a sight for sore eyes.（在沙漠中住了五年后，绿色的山丘可真是赏心悦目。）
