相对于无抵押贷款，我们更多的商业贷款还是 Mortgages（抵押贷款）。
Mortgages是向家庭或企业发放的用于购置房屋、土地或者其他建筑物的贷款，这些建筑物或者土地即为贷款的抵押品。在美国，抵押贷款市场是最大的债券市场。
