EA宣布，《命令与征服3》的首部资料片《凯恩之怒》已经开发完成，《凯恩之怒》将带来13个新任务，继续深入泰伯利亚战争；同时引入6个新的子阵营，GDI、NOD兄弟会和Scrin三大阵营各自2个，而且每个子阵营都有自己的新单位.《凯恩之怒》还会附送《命令与征服：红色警戒 3》的Beta测试密钥，让玩家提前体验这部新的RTS资料片，不过EA并未确认测试是否会随着《凯恩之怒》的发布而同时开始。
